Rich is the founder and owner of Nebo Gymnastics.  Rich has had experience in coaching beginning through elite levels in both Men and Women’s Gymnastics. He has competed for SMCC and BYU with final competion at the NCAA championships at Temple University PA in 1976.

Rich has received a Bachelor of Science in Middle and Secondary Education and has taught in the public school system for 30 years.

Michelle has 24 years of coaching experience level’s 1-10 and has been instrumental in producing some of our top college athletes.  Michelle currently serves as our office manager.

This girl coaches preschool and basics.  A former gymnast herself, she loves working with girls and feels like positivity goes a long way when working with kids.  Abbie is currently a Senior in high school and is excited to attend BYU-I after graduation.
