Rich has had experience in coaching beginning through elite levels in both Men and Women’s Gymnastics. He has competed for SMCC and BYU with final competion at the NCAA championships at Temple University PA in 1976.
Rich has received a Bachelor of Science in Middle and Secondary Education and has taught in the public school system for 30 years. |

Michelle has 14 years of coaching experience level’s 1-10 and has been instrumental in producing some of our top college athletes.
Michelle also serves as our program director and office manager. |
